Η Ελένη Κούκου γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα όπου ζει και εργάζεται. Σπούδασε Επικοινωνία και Πολιτιστική Διαχείριση στο Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι κάτοχος διδακτορικού στην Ιστορίας της Τέχνης με ειδίκευση στην Επιμέλεια Εκθέσεων (υπότροφος ΙΚΥ) και μεταπτυχιακού στην Μουσειολογία (ΜΑ in Gallery Studies) από το Πανεπιστήμιο Essex του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. Το 2018 ίδρυσε την ΑΜΚΕ ex situ. Έχει επιμεληθεί, μεταξύ άλλων, Το Πνεύμα της Σκάλας στον Άγιο Νικόλαο Κρήτης, το πρόγραμμα φιλοξενίας καλλιτεχνών Time Capsule Art Project της Sterna Nisyros Residences και το πρόγραμμα εικαστικών εκθέσεων του Εθνικού Θεάτρου Κοινή Θέα - Σύγχρονη Τέχνη στο Εθνικό Θέατρο (2007-2013). Έχει εργαστεί μεταξύ άλλων για τις διοργανώσεις: 2005, Γιώργος Χατζημιχάλης Ελληνική Συμμετοχή στη Μπιενάλε Βενετίας, τομέας επικοινωνίας. 2001-2004, Βοηθός Eπιμελητή στην Διεθνή Έκθεση Σύγχρονης Τέχνης Outlook, Αθήνα-Πολιτιστική Ολυμπιάδα. 1996-1997, Βοηθός Eπιμελητή στην Αναδρομική έκθεση του Νίκου Κεσσανλή, Μακεδονικό Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης

Ο Θεόφιλος Τραμπούλης είναι ανεξάρτητος επιμελητής εκδόσεων και εκθέσεων. Έχει επιμεληθεί πολλές εκδόσεις τέχνης και έχει συγγράψει δοκίμια για την τέχνη, τη λογοτεχνία και την πολιτική σε ελληνικά και διεθνή έντυπα. Σπούδασε φιλολογία στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης και γλωσσολογία στο Paris III, Centre Censier στο Παρίσι. Έχει διατελέσει επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του Κέντρου Ελληνικής Γλώσσας. Μεταξύ άλλων έχει επιμεληθεί τους καταλόγους των εκθέσεων Outlook, Διεθνής Έκθεση Σύγχρονης Τέχνης, Destroy Athens, 1η Μπιενάλε της Αθήνας, Heaven, 2η Μπιενάλε της Αθήνας και Αγριμικά – Why Look at Animals?, επίσημη συμμετοχή της Ελλάδας στην 56η Μπιενάλε της Βενετίας. Ως ανεξάρτητος επιμελητής έχει επιμεληθεί τις εκθέσεις Επέκεινα στο Πνευματικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Αθηναίων, Το Νέο Θεσμικό στο Πεδίο Δράσης Κόδρα, Ύπνος στη Στέγη Γραμμάτων και Τεχνών (με τον Γιώργο Τζιρτζιλάκη) και Μια Παρήγορη Ιδέα στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Αγίου Νικολάου Κρήτης. Από το 2018 έως το 2021 με την Ελένη Κούκου επιμελείται την έκθεση δημόσιας τέχνης «Το Πνεύμα της Σκάλας». Το 2021 με την Ελένη Κούκου έχει επιμεληθεί την έκθεση «Ζωγραφική 21». Έχει διατελέσει καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής του Πεδίου Δράσης Κόδρα και ήταν μέλος της Επιτροπής Βιβλίου του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού η οποία συστάθηκε το 2015. 

Eleni Koukou was born in Athens where she lives and works. She studied Communication and Cultural Management at Panteion University, Athens. She holds a PhD in Art History specialising in Curating (under a scholarship by the Greek State Scholarships Foundation) and also an MA in Gallery Studies from the University of Essex, UK. In 2018 she founded the non-profit organisation Ex Situ. She has curated, among others, the Spirit of the Stairs in Agios Nikolaos Crete, the Time Capsule Art Project, a residency programme for artists at Sterna Nisyros Residences and the National Theatre of Greece art exhibitions programme Common View - Contemporary Art at the National Theatre of Greece (2007-2013). She has worked, among others, for the following events: 2005, George Hadjimichalis, Greece’s participation in Venice Biennale, communication sector. 2001-2004, Assistant Curator at the Outlook International Art Exhibition, Athens-Cultural Olympiad. 1996-1997, Assistant Curator at Nikos Kessanlis’ Retrospective exhibition, Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art.

Theophilos Tramboulis works as an independent book editor and curator. He has edited numerous art books and has written essays on art, literature and politics in Greek and foreign publications. He studied Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Linguistics at Paris III, Centre Censier in Paris. He has worked as a scientific associate for the Centre for the Greek Language. The portfolio of the exhibition catalogues he has edited includes the Outlook International Art Exhibition, Destroy Athens, 1st Athens Biennale, Heaven - 2nd Athens Biennale and Agrimiká – Why Look at Animals?, Greece’s Official Participation in the 56th edition of the Venice Biennale. He has curated the exhibition Epekeina at the City of Athens Cultural Centre, The New Institutional at the Action Field Kodra, Hypnos Project at the Onassis Cultural Centre (with Yorgos Tzirtzilakis) and A comforting idea at the Archaeological Museum of Agios Nikolaos Crete. From 2018 to 2021 he is cocurating with Eleni Koukou the public art program “The Spirit of the Stairs”. With Eleni Koukou he has cocurated the exhibition “Painting 21”. He has been the artistic director of Action Field Kodra and part of the Book Committee of the Ministry of Culture, 2015.
